I’m a certified Emotional Eating & Binge Eating Disorder Specialist, life coach, and NLP practitioner — and I’ve lived this struggle myself.

After years of dieting, overeating, and feeling out of control around food, everything changed when I finally understood the root cause behind my eating patterns.

Today, I help people stop emotional eating and rebuild trust with food using my signature 4 N framework — a psychology-informed method that blends Nature, Nurture, Neural Wiring, and Nutrition to create lasting change.
