About Your Coach
I’m Kirsty McIntyre — a certified Co-Active Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and UK-trained Emotional Eating & Binge Eating Disorder Specialist.
But more importantly, I deeply understand what it feels like to be stuck in the cycle of dieting, overeating, and food guilt. I spent years trying to “be good,” restricting during the week, then losing control and feeling ashamed — convinced something was wrong with me.
Everything changed when I stopped focusing on what I was eating and finally understood why I was eating.
