About Kirsty - Emotional Eating Coach & Binge Eating Recovery Specialist

For years, I felt trapped in a cycle of restrictive dieting, overeating, and food guilt. Today, I help people around the world break free from emotional eating, stop binge eating, and build a peaceful relationship with food - for life.
My struggle with food began as a teenager, when disordered eating patterns took hold. I swung between obsessive dieting - always hungry, always chasing perfection - and secret binge eating that left me feeling guilty, ashamed, and out of control.
Even as a personal trainer, I hid my unhealthy relationship with food, convinced it was a “lack of self-control.” The truth was, I didn’t yet understand the complex mix of emotions, brain wiring, and nutritional needs that drive eating behaviours.
Fast forward to today: I’m a certified Co-Active Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and UK-trained Emotional Eating & Binge Eating Disorder Specialist. Over the years, I’ve studied neuroscience techniques and mindfulness strategies that have not only transformed my own life but now help my clients transform theirs.
